Before you start

How do I authenticate?

Send your key in the x-api-key header. It is also accepted as Authorization: Bearer and as an api_key query parameter, for clients that cannot set headers.

What does it cost?

€0.05 for every connected channel-minute, plus €0.20 per spoken minute. There is no pause: either the channel is connected or it is not. Of the speech, only what is spoken is charged — an hour of audio with twenty minutes of voice pays for twenty minutes.

What are the limits?

50 MB per request, and that is why a recording goes up in pieces rather than in one go. Each request has ten minutes before it is cut off, which is what lets a piece arrive over a bad line. Per recording it takes four hours of audio or one hour of video, and 800 MB. And three jobs queued at a time, with up to 100,000 characters of text per job.
